I discovered an oasis while on Holiday in the Caribbean: The Viceroy Anguilla.
First, you travel through a half mile of immaculate landscaping with enormous celery stalk like palm tree's upon arriving to the main entrance. Once through the security gate, you are ushered into a main lobby that is part Malibu beach house, part Elle Decor cover and part post card.
The property is designed by Kelly Wearstler who also created other Viceroy properties. The difference between Viceroy Anguilla and its siblings is that Wrestler's California beach cool and Chic retro sensibility marry perfectly along turquoise colored water and white sand beaches.
